Cancellation policy

- Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

Important Terms

-Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso on a per person basis.

- This package is applicable for a minimum of two (02) adults traveling together.

- Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super-peak periods.

- Child rate is on request and subject to computation.

- All bookings are subject to advance reservation.

- Confirmation of room(s) is strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the point of booking made only and all rates are subject to change without prior notice.

- Hotel Standard Check-in time is from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM

- Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

- Early check-in is subject to availability.

- For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night must be booked and paid.

- Rates are based on the lowest room category of the hotel. In case the lowest room category is no longer available, the next available room category shall be offered and the price difference shall be charged.

- All special service requests are subject to availability and/or additional charges upon check-in.

- All transfers and/or tours are on a seat-in-coach basis.

- Only one (01) baggage is allowed per person.

- In case more luggage and transport are not enough to accommodate guests and requests for another transfer to accommodate, an additional charge for transfer will be billed directly to the passenger who exceeded their allowed baggage.

- The package is applicable to local residents only.

- All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge which depends on their nationality (TBA by the hotel).

- Failure to advise/inform us upon finalization of the booking will be automatically charged to the account of the agent.

- All flight details of the passengers must be submitted once the booking is guaranteed.

- We will no longer consider on-day/last-minute flight details notice.

- Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement.

- No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited.

- Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking.

- No refund will be extended for no-shows, offloaded guests, or any unused services.

- Any reinstatement of the booking will be subject to availability and/or additional charges.

- Please remind the guests that they should be in the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to their estimated pick-up time for their departure airport transfer.

- We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat in the coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident.

- In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, etc.) Which are beyond our control, VIA Philippines will not be liable for any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/ resort and other suppliers.

🌞DAY 4: DEPARTURE (Breakfast)

05:00 AM - Breakfast at the hotel. Then transfer to the airport for departure.

TERMS AND CONDITION:

- P16,000 Guarantee Deposit must be settled within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.

- Non-refundable P15,000 per person to reserve

- Full Payment must be settled 45 DAYS before the Departure Date, otherwise, the slot may be released and the deposit will be forfeited.

- Check-in baggage/s should be requested upon booking. Otherwise, additional baggage rates may change.

- The Package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked—no refund for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights.

- Rebooking can only be processed in natural calamities and force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.

- In the event of a sudden adjustment to the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule.

- Rebooking might be considered once the passenger's result is POSITIVE of COVID-19 but still under airline and hotel discretion.
