Cancellation policy

✔Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

Important Terms

Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso on a per person basis. This package is applicable for a minimum of two (02) adults traveling together. Rates are not applicable during high, peak, or super peak periods. Child rate is on request and subject to computation. All bookings are subject to advance reservation. Confirmation of room(s) is strictly subject to the hotel's availability at the point of booking made only and all rates are subject to change without prior notice. Hotel Standard Check-in time is from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM to 1200 PM Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night must be booked and paid. Rates are based on the lowest room category of the hotel. In case the lowest room category is no longer available, the next available room category shall be offered and the price difference shall be charged. All special service requests are subject to availability and/or additional charges upon check-in.
