🌞DAY 1 - SUBIC - (-/L/D) 
Today marks the beginning of an unforgettable voyage as you embark from the historic shores of

Subic Bay Port aboard the magnificent Costa Serena. As you step onto this floating city of dreams,

the scent of the sea and the spirit of adventure greet you warmly.

Take in the sweeping views, indulge in world-class comforts, and feel the thrill of new horizons calling.

Your grand journey has just begun — and every moment promises to be nothing short of

extraordinary. 

🌞DAY 2 - AT SEA - (B/L/D)
Spend the day indulging in the myriad activities and entertainment options available on the Costa

Serena. Start your morning with a relaxing swim in one of the ship's pools or a workout in the fitness

center.

As the day unfolds, immerse yourself in extravagant shows featuring world-class performers or try

your luck at the onboard casino. For those looking to unwind, the spa offers a variety of treatments to

rejuvenate the mind and body.

Enjoy free time exploring the ship's extensive shopping arcade or participating in various workshops

and activities tailored for all ages.As night falls, dine on lavish and sumptuous cuisine.

🌞DAY 3 - KEELUNG - (ONBOARD B/L/D)  

 The ship arrives at Keelung Port, offering breathtaking views of Taiwan's coastline and bustling

harbor.

Disembark to explore Keelung, a city known for its rich maritime history and vibrant night markets.

Opt for the Optional Taiwan Excursion, where you can explore iconic sights. Reboard the Costa

Serena and enjoy a stunning sunset over the Pacific Ocean as the ship sets sail for Ishigaki. 

🌞DAY 4 - ISHIGAKI - (ONBOARD B/L/D)  

Arrive at the beautiful island of Ishigaki, a gem in Japan’s Okinawa Prefecture known for its pristine

beaches and crystal-clear waters. Here, you have the option to join a Japan Excursion, exploring

the island’s natural wonders.

Depart from Ishigaki Port, carrying with you the memories of Japan's idylic scenery and warm

Another day at sea provides a perfect opportunity to further explore Costa Serena's vast array of

amenities. Enjoy more of the extravagant shows and entertainment that the ship is famous for, or

relax by the pool with a refreshing drink.

Take part in fun activities a l while enjoying the fresh sea air and panoramic ocean views. Spend your

evening under the stars, enjoying live music, themed parties, or a quiet moment on the deck.

🌞DAY 6 - MANILA - (B/L/-)

As the Costa Serena arrives back in Eva Macapagal Port in Manila, your incredible journey comes

to an end. Disembark with a heart ful of memories and perhaps a few new friends, ready to share

your experiences of the cruise, the stunning destinations, and the unique adventures you’ve had

along the way. 

VISA REMINDERS

TAIWAN:

A special entry permit is required for passport holders of

China, Taiwan, and Macau.

JAPAN:

No visa is required for all foreign passport holders, as the

ship is in transit only.

TAIWAN / JAPAN:

For passport holders of the following countries and regions: Iran, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Sudan, North Korea, and Ukraine (specifically the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), please be advised that additional information is required prior to proceeding with your booking.

Kindly provide the following details:

● Citizenship (as stated on the passport)

● Permanent address

● Current location of the passenger

● Location of the passenger’s bank

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 
● PASSENGER INFORMATION FORM: To ensure accurate booking details, the assigned agent must complete the Passenger Information Form,

which includes each passenger’s full name, passport number, and other essential details. The form link will be sent via email and must be submitted no later than FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS before embarkation. Any errors or amendments after submission will incur a certain charge per correction. Kindly ensure that all passenger details are accurately provided based on the passport information to avoid any additional charges or issues.

● AMENDMENT & CHANGE OF NAME POLICY: A fee of USD 50 per passenger applies for corrections before ticket issuance. After ticket issuance, a fee of USD 100 per passenger applies for spelling corrections, and USD 200 per passenger for FULL NAME CHANGES. Name changes are NOT ALLOWED within FIFTEEN (15) DAYS before embarkation; tickets will be FORFEITED if changes are made within this period. 

● GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: A 30% DOWN PAYMENT is required within THREE (3) DAYS of receiving the Statement of Account (SOA) to secure the reservation. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

● PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 30% down payment is due within THREE (3) DAYS after the issuance of the SOA, 30% is due ONE (1) MONTH after the first deposit, and the remaining 40% BALANCE is due FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS prior to embarkation.

● RELEASING & CANCELLATION POLICY: For cabin releases made within one (1) month of settling the guarantee deposit, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED. For cabin releases made more than one (1) month after the guarantee deposit has been paid, the ful payment, including applicable port charges, will be REQUIRED.

● BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.

● FULL PAYMENT: Ful payment must be settled FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS before the Embarkation Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, fu l payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.

● IMMIGRATION & VISA REQUIREMENTS: If a passenger is unable to pass the immigration process at any international port, the entire tour package cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.

● TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the embarkation date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as we l as the operational capacity of our airline partners.

● OVERPAYMENTS & CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note wil be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

● The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancelation is NOT PERMITTED. In the event of cancelation, both the guarantee deposit and full

payment will be FORFEITED, along with corresponding charges.
